Sit back, close your eyes, and take a bite of this wonderful scone.  A sense of happiness and calm develops as you wonder if serotonin is an ingredient.  These Raspberry White Chocolate scones, which you make by adding 1 cup of heavy cream, are flat out delicious.

These are not JoAn's Scones!
But they are pretty darn good.

Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, calcium sulphate), sugar, raspberry bites (fruit blend (apple, raspberry) fruit fiber )apple, citrus and/or baobab) containes less than 2% of pectin, natural flavor rice bran, vitamin C ascorbate, vegetable oil (soybean, sunflower) and red beet extract), white baking chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, dry whole milk, nonfat dry milk, natural flavor, soy lecithin). Contains wheat Milk and Soy.

Baking notes: Their texture was smooth and fine crumbs. We kneaded the dough quite a bit as per the instructions. They were cut and placed on a large stone baking pan with 1/2" separation but they seemed to bake together a bit.
They were still very yummy with butter or jam or just plain.
