All orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped via USPS (Untied States Postal Service). We try to provide the fastest and most economic shipping rates for your area. Please note that shipping charges are calculated from the subtotal of your order. We DO NOT ship outside of the continental U.S. We will pack all items to the best of our abilities, however, we know that incidents happen and if for any reason your items are damaged during delivery you must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your shipment.
We do our best to package and provide the highest quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 7 days upon receipt. We will NOT accept any returns on food products unless all seals are still intact. Please be sure to read all descriptions carefully and try to order the minimum amount when trying a new product. If there is a damaged product in your shipment you must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt. We will require you to send us a photo of the damage and we will determine from that either to replace or refund the item.
